One day，my mother bought two little rabbits for me.I’m very happy.
From that on，the two little rabbits became my good friends. They have two little ears， red eyes，with white and fat boby. They’re marvellous.
Everyday，they play with each other happily. One day，I couldn’t find them. I asked my mother: ”Where are they? ” My mother told me that She didn’t know. At last，I found them in the grass. They were very dirty. I was angry，but when I looked at their lovely faces，I was happy again.
I love my little rabbits，and they love me. They are my good friends forever.

“教书育人”是我们教师的使命。我们既要教书，又要育人。而第斯多惠说过“教学的艺术不在于传授本领，而在于关于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。”我对此深有体会。乡镇的教学工作，单单去研究如何进行教学还不行，我们更多的是主动积极地去争取家庭教育和学校教育的紧密联系，家长的教育意识毕竟不如城里的家长。而对于学生，我们更多的要给予关爱，尤其是一些比较“野”的学生，不容忽略某一个学生，要独具慧眼地发现他们身上的潜能，鼓励他们不断主动探索，发扬民主精神。
在学生中树立良好的教师形象，让学生敬畏你。这算是成功了一半。既让学生敬佩你，同时又畏惧你，可不是一件很容易的事情。前几年，由于自己是年轻一线的老师，缺乏经验，教学成绩又不是很突出，虽然工作总是兢兢业业，可是在学生心目中，我总是不能让学生像敬仰威望很高的同事那样敬仰我。去年，我所任教的三年级的'英语三率都居级组第一，一下子传开后，校内校外都能看到很多信任和赞赏的目光。本学期接任了一个基础很差的班级，因为有了好的教学成绩学生都很服我，在教学中，我严格要求他们，树立自己的威性，果然期末考试中收到了我意想不到的效果。
教书育人是一项长期的系统的又复杂的，不断探索求新的工作，让我们在这漫漫的教育生涯上，争取更多的进步，创造出更多的辉煌。

He was glad to see that so many Chinese children like English, and we agreed to keep in touch with each other later on. How happy I am to have made a new friend!
