With the evolution of the society, social life become more colorful, and person feel more pressure. Nevertheless how to relieve pressure? There are some effective measures.
First, you can read some books and listen to music when you have spare time. In a sense, this measure can make yourself relaxed. Therefore we ought to make the best of comforting ourselves. Second, you can do some exercise. While participating in some sports games, we try our best to win. It can assist us in relaxing after overcoming mountains of work. Next but not least, as we all know that pressure can be converted into the power struggle. Besides pressure have an impact on work. So when stress does occur, it is essential to recognize and deal with it, because it can be beneficial to reduce stress.
As far as I am concerned, pressure is inevitable. On the one hand, we are supposed to take all kinds of methods to reduce stress. On the other hand, we all need stress to add flavor, challenge, and opportunity to life. So we should confront pressure. Because only when you confront pressure can you reduce pressure.

After that, I had to run. In my opinion, exercise every day can help us to have a healthy body, although that made me feel very tired.
Later, I went to have breakfast. I often have milk and porridge. Because they gave me the nourishment we need to stay alive and be healthy.
At about 7o’clock, I went to the classroom to have classes. I thought study can make me happy.
Time always flies fast. On the Friday, I went back home. It made me feel excited. Because my home was very warm and I can spend Mid-autumn Festival at home. Sunday was Mid-autumn Festival. It was a very important festival in Chinese festivals. I ate two pieces of moon cake. It was delicious.

Dahua was brought up in a poor family. Since he didn't do well in school, he joined his father in collecting garbage for a living soon after he graduated from elementary school. His neighbors shook their heads whenever they saw him, thinking that this boy would by no means carve out a bright future. Years passed by, and Dahua kept collecting garbage, but he took one step further. Through books he knew how to sort out the waste he had collected and have it recycled. You know what?
