开学到现在已近一个学期了，四个月来，老师们克服了很多困难，认真地备课、上课、批改作业、辅导学生；我们同学认真地听课、按时完成作业、积极参加各项活动，确保了学校教学工作的顺利展开。一转眼，今天已经是第21周了，星期三将举行期末考试。期末考试是学校教学工作中的一件大事，它是评估一学期来教学质量和学习质量的一种重要手段，期末考试的学科成绩是衡量教师教学质量和学生学习质量的主要依据之一。因此全体师生思想上要高度重视期末考试考试，认真复习，作好充分准备，力争在期末考试中取得优异成绩，为此特向全体师生提出如下5点要求：

我介绍的第一种方法是环境记忆法。

我介绍的第二种方法是多次提取法。
我们记东西的目的有两个，一个是存储，一个是提取，就是希望看到这个东西的时候把它记住，然后需要的`时候能想起来，也就是提取出来。我们平时说自己的记性差，一般是提取失败。信息进入大脑的时候，首先是作为短期记忆被存储，然后大脑会挑选，把哪些信息作为长期记忆去储存。考试主要是从长期记忆中提取知识。那么怎么把短期记忆转化为长期记忆呢？关键就在于重复，多提取几次，这样大脑就不敢轻易忘记了。当第一遍记忆之后发现自己忘记了很多，完全不用气馁，就当第一遍跟材料熟悉了一下，然后耐心地去做第二遍的复习，会发现在回忆的时候很多都忘了，然后努力想想，想不起来，赶紧去翻书，这时候的记忆比第一遍要深刻得多，原理就在于当我们在提取某项记忆的时候越是大费力气，那么在得到之后，该项记忆的提取能力以及储存能力就飙升得越高，也就是学得越扎实。
第三种有用的方法是复述记忆法。
真正学会和理解一个东西之后，是可以讲下来，不会那么强硬的去背的。所以复述记忆法，也叫做说书法。
复述的时候有三个要求：
1、 一定要放下书。
2、要有仪式感。
3、如果忘记了就从头再来。
按照这个方法，讲完之后那些东西就是自己的了，它不是书上的，我什么时候想讲都可以。可以讲给同学听、讲给大树听、讲给高山听、讲给空气听。
复述法有如下好处：
1、增强表达能力。
2、加深理解。最好的学习方法就是告诉别人。
3、耳朵，嘴巴和身体一起学习，印象也更深刻。
4、会让你很专注。背东西跟做题不一样，是随时可以停止的，特别容易走神、不专心，但是这个方法会让你特别专心，而且会有兴趣。
5、能够准确找出记忆的难点和断点，提高记忆的效率。
总之，这三种记忆方法是我在学习中经常用到的方法，很有效果。希望对大家也有帮助。

The second method I introduced is the multiple extraction method.

We usually say that our memory is poor, usually due to extraction failure. When information enters the brain, it is first stored as short-term memory, and then the brain selects which information to store as long-term memory. Exams mainly extract knowledge from long-term memory. So how to convert short-term memory into long-term memory? The key is to repeat and extract multiple times, so that the brain cannot easily forget. When you realize that you have forgotten a lot after the first memory, there is no need to be discouraged. You will find that you have forgotten a lot during the memory, and then try to think about it. If you cant remember it, quickly turn over the book. At this time, the memory is much more profound than the first time. The principle is that the more effort we put into extracting a certain memory, the higher the ability to extract and store that memory, which means the more solid we learn.
The third useful method is the retelling memory method.
After truly learning and understanding something, one can speak it down without being so forceful in memorizing it. So the method of retelling memory, also known as calligraphy.
When retelling, there are three requirements:

3. If you forget, start over from scratch.
According to this method, after speaking, those things are my own, they are not from books, and I can talk about them anytime I want. It can be told to classmates, to big trees, to mountains, and to the air.
The paraphrasing method has the following benefits:

2. Deepen understanding. The best way to learn is to tell others.

我认为做好复习迎考，要做到以下几方面：

I think to do a good job of reviewing and preparing for exams, the following aspects should be achieved:
1、 Pay attention to pre exam review.
The law of human memory forgetting tells us that forgetting is inevitable, and there is no one who never forgets. Therefore, every student should pay attention to reviewing before exams. Confucius said, "Reviewing the old and learning the new", which means that we should pay attention to revision in our studies. A student with excellent grades is definitely someone who is willing to endure hardship, study hard, review seriously, and master scientific learning methods. So I hope that each student can, under the guidance of the teacher, carefully organize and classify the knowledge learned in the previous stage, and comprehensively and systematically review it, striving to achieve practice makes perfect and integration.
The time before the exam is very short, so there should be a focus on revision. I think we can focus on two aspects. One is to consolidate basic knowledge, including vocabulary, concepts, definitions, formulas, etc. The second is to take a look at the questions and papers that were done in the previous stage, especially the ones that were done wrong at the time, to carefully understand and avoid the same mistakes. 2、 To handle exams correctly
It can be said that people are constantly undergoing various exams throughout their lives. Examinations are tense, and every student should attach importance to them, but also treat them correctly. 3、 Standardize exam behavior
The exam is also a test of behavioral norms. We should achieve:
(1) Strictly abide by the discipline of the examination room, clean the venue carefully before the exam, do not leave anything inappropriate in the desk, only bring useful items for the exam, such as pens, rulers, erasers, etc. into the venue.
(2) During the exam, one should answer the questions carefully and quietly. Those who are unclear should raise their hands to ask the invigilator. They should not whisper, look left and right, or carry anything related to the exam.
(3) After receiving the test paper, one should answer the questions at the designated time and place, and not write or draw randomly in other places. The handwriting should be serious and neat.
(4) During the exam, it is important to take good care of public property and maintain hygiene in the examination room.
4、 To take the integrity exam
Exams are still a test of your character, to see if you have integrity in your conduct. There is only gain when there is effort in learning, and results when there is diligence. Cheating in exams is a self deceiving practice that cannot fill the gaps in ones own learning.
