　　晚上好!很高兴和大家再次相聚在302班这个温馨的集体中，首先我想说三个感谢：

　　一、向家长致谢。

　　1、感谢家长在平时来学校了解学生学习情况，感谢家长以电话、短信等方式和我联系、交流。

　　2、感谢家长在平时监督学生听录音、读课文，并每天给孩子签字，感谢家长配合。

　　3、感谢家长平时给我提的宝贵意见和建议，在英语专业上，在教学方法上，在诸多方面给我的帮助。

　　要知道，您的一个会意的微笑，一个善意的建议，一句真心的鼓励，都会成为我们前进的动力。

　　二、总结上学期学习情况和考试情况。

　　上学期末我们班的考试结果比较理想。绝大多数同学在这次考试中展示了自己的实力，更有很多同学较平时取得了明显的进步。这和家长在家的监督和指导是分不开的。正是有了家长们尽心尽力的帮助，才能在期末取得这么好的成绩!

　　三、介绍教材

　　首先介绍一下教材，三年级英语，是小学英语学习中一个重要的起步阶段。我相信现在很多家长都知道，小学里的英语教材和中学的英语教材完全是衔接的，而不是到了初中还会重新学习。如果现在的英语没有学好，那相对来说，将来初中学起来就比较累，所以我们只有现在打好良好的基础，才不会导致英语越学越难、越学越差。先说说本学期英语学习的内容：

　　1、26个字母大小写，会说会写，并且在书写英文字母时会按正确的顺序书写;在初学英语的阶段掌握好26个字母的听说读写，这对孩子们今后所要接触的大量词汇的听说读写很重要。

　　2、课本后的单词表，每一个单词都很重要。这就要同学们回家去复习，消化这些单词。词汇是三年级考试的重要内容，一定要过关。

　　3、课文中的对话，日常交际用语。要求每个同学都会背，要求能熟练，流畅的读出来，说出来。

　　4、听力训练：在三年级试卷中听力题的比重占三分之二。所以说每天的听录音跟读任务还是不容忽视的。

　　其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉开差距。所以这也造成英语成绩两极分化十分严重，无论是每次的听写小测试还是刚刚结束的期中考试，有的同学会得100分的好成绩，而有的同学只有七、八十分的成绩。所以请家长一定要从现在起重视孩子的英语学习，抓紧孩子的英语学习，要是三年级就落下了，到了五六年级再补是来不及的。

　　英语是一门特殊的学科，它缺乏语言环境，光靠学校几节课时间是远远不够的。在学校老师会尽最大的努力进行教学，但课余时间还需要广大家长大力配合。如：听录音、背诵要家长多督促;每课的单词是基础之基础。这样课堂上听写的时候，正确率才能高，所以我希望家长能够真正了解孩子在学校的英语学习情况，希望家长能多关注一下。

　　怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢?我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，我只是真诚地呼吁我们的家长配合学校，配合老师，我们共同努力来帮助孩子学好英语。用一句时髦的话说：我们要和孩子共同成长。因此我们要重视学生良好的学习习惯的培养。

　　1、让孩子多听录音

　　在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力也就差。因此要确保孩子每天听录音，跟读课文要读出声音，最好家长在旁监督，会更有效。有时学生可能会认为我已会背了,不需听磁带了，这是很不好的习惯，毕竟听磁带对学生听力能力的提高很有帮助。为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说，尽量让孩子模仿录音中的发音。

　　2、让孩子大声说英语

　　家长要每天询问孩子学习英语的情况，不管当天有无英语课。家长要鼓励孩子每天大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误。另外，还请各位家长在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。父母亲的'良好榜样起着很大作用。孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这时，父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。千万不能纵容自己的孩子第一次说：英语好难，我默不出来，就任由他去。你要让你的孩子知道：今天，你花大量时间去养成好习惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒了一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累积下来，你就是欠债最多的人。

　　3、要认识英语单词和句子。以前往往在考试过后，会有家长反应说自己的孩子还能把课文和单词都背出来，为什么还是没有考好，那我就问他，你都认识试卷上的单词和句子吗?他说不认识。所以我建议各位家长，要求孩子在读课文时，必须要看着书读，手指头一定要指着书上的句子或是单词，就跟孩子刚读一年级时认中文字一样，读哪个手就要指哪个，毕竟考试的时候试卷上出现的英文多，而对应的图片少，所以在孩子认读单词的时候，必须要孩子看英语单词，而不是光看图片，只有看得多了，就会认识了。

　　4、每天检查孩子的回家作业是否完成，保证第二天能按时上交。在这里我恳请每位家长认真督促孩子完成老师每天布置的作业，尤其是一开始，三年级英语刚刚接触书面作业，一定要严格要求他们的英语书写，写得不好的家长也可以要求他们重新做，过关了才给他们签名;检查作业主要看他们书写和格式以及上次老师的批改，注意检查他们有没有订正，有时候，老师在学生的作业本上批了订正，但是交上来的时候学生并没有去订正，并且家长也在上面签字了。我想，老师之所以让家长在孩子的作业本上签字，也是希望通过这个途径让家长们了解孩子每天的学习情况，希望各位家长能够支持老师的工作，如果您有什么意见也可以写在作业本上，便于及时沟通。

　　5、开学以来，有些学生忘记带作业本，不带英语课本的现象还是经常发生，上课没有书，只能和同桌共看一本书，结果是一堂课下来，老师讲的知识没有学到多少，和同桌的感情却加深了不少，我希望家长能够每天按照课表提醒孩子收拾好书包，检查好明天要带的作业和课本，养成良好的学习习惯。

　　六、结语。

　　我一直希望自己的英语课堂更加人性化，更加开放。同时，我也是一名重视学生成绩的老师。如何权衡素质与应试的关系，这始终是我拿捏不准的。我想也许再与学生磨合几年，我会做的更尽如人意一些。我非常珍惜与家长每一次接触的机会，因为那样可以从各位家长身上找到值得自己学习的地方。我也万分感谢那些帮助过我，给我建议的家长!最后祝愿您的孩子在百小健康成长!再次感谢各位的帮助!

The factors which necessitated the armed struggle still exist today. We have no option but to continue. We express the hope that a climate conducive to a negotiated settlement will be created soon so that there may no longer be the need for the armed , strategies, and , I feel dutybound to make the point that a leader of the movement is a person who has been democratically elected at a national conference.

　　This is a principle which must be upheld without any , I wish to report to you that my talks with the government have been aimed at normalizing the political situation in the country. We have not as yet begun discussing the basic demands of the struggle. I wish to stress that I myself have at no time entered into negotiations about the future of our country except to insist on a meeting between the ANC and the has gone further than any other Nationalist President in taking real steps to normalize the situation. And this reality is that we are still suffering under the policies of the Nationalist , so that the process towards democracy is rapid and uninterrupted. We have waited too long for our freedom. We can no longer wait.

　　Now is the time to intensify the struggle on all fronts. To relax our efforts now would be a mistake which generations to come will not be able to role in a united democratic and nonracial South Africa is the only way to peace and racial harmony. In conclusion, I wish to quote my own words during my trial in 1964. They are as true today as they were then. I spoke: I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and — and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if needs be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die.
