One main part of the reason is that the current economical crisis breaks the normal economical activities. 　　Due to these reasons, the government encourages students to establish their own business. On the one hand, it can alleviate the employment pressure. On the other hand, it can shape students' capability of independence and creativity. However, it also brings about problems. For one thing, the students are lack of life experience, not to mention the working experience. Thus, the success rate is very low. For another, few of the students can establish their own business because of various internal and external conditions.

This extravagant spending is mainly caused by the following factors.
