　　端午节是我们中国十分隆重的节日，它是为了纪念战国时期伟大的爱国诗人屈原，现在的中国人还在延续这一习俗，甚至还有一天的法定节日。

　　Dragon Boat Festival is a very grand festival in China. It is to commemorate Qu Yuan, a great patriotic poet in the Warring States period. Now Chinese people still continue this custom, even a legal festival.

　　农历五月初五就是端午节了，家家户户都要包粽子，还有有趣的划龙舟比赛呢!奶奶在家已经煮好了香喷喷的粽子，打开锅盖满屋都飘着粽子的清香，让我闻得口水直流个不停。我迫不及待地剥开粽子叶津津有味的吃了起来，真是回味无穷呀!

　　“世杰，过来。”这时，妈妈下令了。我走进厨房问：“妈妈，干什么?”“包粽子啊!”妈妈说。“这活儿，我哪行啊?”我难为情的.说。妈妈说：“让你包，你就包，有妈妈这个老师在呢!”我答应着：“好吧!”我拿起竹叶，学着妈妈的样子，把竹叶卷成筒状，再用小勺挖米装进筒里，用竹叶把馅儿包好，用彩线捆起来。我和妈妈合伙把粽子包完了，然后就上锅蒸。不久粽子出锅了，吃着自己亲手包的粽子，心里比吃了蜜还甜。

　　我喜欢过端午节，更喜欢包粽子、吃粽子。
