　　I think running is my favorite sport. My classmates call me flash, because I run fast, such as high winds, the potential like lightning. Every school spring sports or winter cross-country race, I can enter the top three. Every time I take part in running race, the classmates will cheer for me. Whenever hear these enthusiastic shouts of team members, I have to make not over of all energy. I think, have the students the encouragement, I should make greater efforts to win honor for our class.

　　Speak of to like sports, also well thanks to my father. Because the father is fond of sports, the benefits of exercise, he often told me after a long time, I will also follow in love with sports. Running, playing basketball, playing badminton, playing football, playing table tennis... I took part in the movement. Dad took me around our neighborhood every morning one lap, is he let I fully felt the movement of the fun.

　　我觉得跑步是我最喜欢的体育项目。同学们都叫我“闪电”，是因为我跑步快如疾风，势如闪电。学校每次春季运动会或者冬季越野赛，我都能够进入前三强。每当我参加跑步比赛的时候，同学们都会给我加油。每当听到这些热心的啦啦队成员的喊声时，我浑身就有使不完的劲。我想，有同学们的这些鼓励，我应该更加努力的为班级争光。

　　说起喜欢上体育运动，还得好好的感谢我的爸爸。因为爸爸是个酷爱体育运动的人，他经常给我讲体育锻炼的好处，时间长了，我就也跟着爱上了体育运动。跑步、打篮球、打羽毛球、踢足球、打乒乓球……各项运动我都参加。爸爸每天早上都带着我围着我们小区跑一圈，是他让我充分感受到了运动的乐趣。
