　　Positive interpersonal relationships are vital for optimal human growth and development. However, in recent years, educators have expressed their concern about the ability of interpersonal relationship among students in institutions of higher education.

　　According to a survey conducted by Hebei University, many college-age students regard interpersonal relationship as the biggest headache. Increasing diversity and rapid changes in our society make interacting with others more and more complex and difficult. With one united life experiences and social skills, college students face more challenges in dealing with interpersonal relationship. This is especially true for students coming from rural areas. Because of the lack of social skills, they are often rejected by others and rejection gives them even fewer chances to learn how to interact with others.

　　In my opinion, now that interpersonal relationship is important to students development colleges should offer courses about comprehensive interpersonal relationships. The course should address the knowledge，skills, attitudes and behaviors involved in participating in positive relationships in the family and with individuals at school and in the workplace.

　　First of all，we need to set a sound pre-warning mechanism, which enables us to detect potential risks at an early stages. Accordingly，emergency measures can be taken，and losses can be minimized.

　　Second，governments have to equipped with an excellent Disaster Assistance Response Team to rescue those disaster-stricken areas. The primary goal is to provide emergency services, such as drinking water and medical treatment, until long-term aid arrives.

　　Third, citizens need to realize that the main cause of those disasters is largely due to climate crisis; therefore, they should purchase energy efficient appliances, plant trees and economize our consumption on housing.

　　From what has been discussed above, I maintain that minimizing the cost of disasters can be achieved by our persisting efforts.

His followers appreciated the fact that he believed in what he taught and that he was intellectually stimulating.Furthermore， he could be counted on to explain his ideas in an imaginative way，introducing such aids to understanding as paintings， recordings，pieces of sculpture， and guest lecturers.

　　Once he even sang a song in class to illustrate a point. Second， I admired the fact that he would confer with students outside of the classroom or talk with them on the telephone. Drinking coffee in the snack bar， he would easily make friends with students. Sometimes he would challenge a student to a game of chess. At other times， he would join groups to discuss subjects ranging from astronomy to scuba diving. Many young people visited him in his office for academic advice； others came to his home for social evenings.

　　Finally，I was attracted by his lively wit. He believed that no class hour is a success unless the students and the professor share several chuckles and at least one loud laugh.Through his sense of humor， he made learning more enjoyable and more lasting.If it is true that life makes a wise man smile and a foolish man cry，then my friend is truly a wise man. Probably the best example of his wit is this bit of wisdom with which he once ended a lecture：“It is as dangerous for man to model himself upon his invention， the machine，as it would be for God to model Himself upon His invention.”

　　Therefore,saving money is a good habit, but I do not contend that we should not spend money at all and become a mean man. I am just saying that we should keep thehabit of saving money and spend money according to our plan.
